Somehow, I've turned seventy
Unavoidable but true
I'm closer now to heavenly
And not tangled up in blue

I'll try to leave a legacy
In all these words I write
Dazed and confused but I am free
Standing up for what's wrong or right

I'll tell the world how I got here
It's what they all seem to do
I can try to make it very clear
And help you make it through
